E-Boiler is a purpose-built electric skull boiler and macerator for hunters who want clean, repeatable DIY Euro mounts without babysitting a pot. Years in the making and engineered for constant usage, the E-Boiler gives you numerous paths to a spotless skull: a fast cook at 185°F or low-temp maceration at 100°F for 3–7 days—and anything in between. The same clean finish you’d expect from beetles, without the hassle, and while also pulling grease from the skull during the process.

Built around precise, self-learning PID temperature control, the E-Boiler holds steady in changing conditions so you can set it and walk away. Every submerged component is stainless steel, and the system is protected by an AUTO-OFF water level sensor that cuts power to the heater if water drops too low. At the heart of it is a custom ULWD (Ultra Low Watt Density) epoxy-filled cartridge heater designed for long service life, with tool-free removable stainless guards for quick cleaning.

The boiler body is rotomolded from a proprietary cross-linked polymer made to handle high heat and thousands of hot/cold cycles, then wrapped in 1"–1.5" premium insulation to improve efficiency and maintain temps. The IP54-rated electronics panel adds water resistance and all-weather confidence. Insulated, slide-in lids let you configure the opening for different skull sizes and quantities, and the included EPDM securing cord locks the head in place—wrap a tine and snap it into the end channels.
