A high wattage, 120v electric powered skull boiler and macerator.
 
Fast cook at 185+ degrees or macerate for 4-8 days at 100 degrees.
 
Maceration allows for bacteria to eat away the connective tissue of the skull, instead of "cooking" the flesh.
 
Maceration will yield the same results as using beetles.
 
Maintain precise temperature control in all weather conditions with our Self-Learning PID.
 
All submerged components are stainless steel.
 
Boiler has an AUTO-OFF water level sensor that will kill power to the heater in the event you forget to add water and are losing water to evaporation.
 
Our heating elements are a custom LWD (Low Watt Density) 304SS cartridge heater that is epoxy filled for a lifetime of use.
 
The heating element has stainless guards that are removed without tools and can be cleaned easily. These guards will prevent your skull from making direct contact with the heating element.
 
The boiler body is rotomolded from a proprietary cross-linked polymer to withstand high temperatures and thousands of hot/cold temperature cycles. The polymer body is substantially thicker than any premium cooler, about 2x thicker actually. It is a robust material.
 
The boiler is insulated with 1"-1.5" of premium insulation throughout.
 
The exposed electronics have a minimum IP54 water resistance, allowing you peace of mind and all-weather capability.  All components are epoxy filled, preventing moisture ingress.
 
The lids on the boiler are easy to slide in and out, depending on the size/number of skulls in the boiler. The lids and panels are black G10 material. G10 is technically UV sensitive, but the black pigment helps them resist UV damage much longer than non-colored or different colored G10.
 
G10 material is the best choice for the lids and panels because it doesn't conduct, it is impervious to water and chemicals, it doesn't shrink or expand nearly as much as metals do, and it is tougher than almost any other commercially available material.
 
To secure any head, use the provided EPDM cord. Simply wrap a tine or two, and snap the cord into the channels on either end of the boiler.
 
Fits one elk at a time, or multiple deer.
 
Simply set the temperature and walk away.
 
Set any temperature between 0-185F. You don't need to go any hotter; truly boiling a skull is not beneficial. It weakens the skull and causes the fine bones and teeth to loosen. (We will provide a manual override option to allow you to hit higher temperatures if you would like, our units are currently capped from the factory at 185F. The manual override is simple to do, and will allow you to hit 200F+)

*Production boiler is pictured above, in the matte sheen. The combination of resins and inserts we use, coupled with the complex geometry, make it impossible to have a glossy finish. Also, a glossy finish ends up scratching very easily.
